Food and drinks

All meals, drinks and snacks are provided during your stay and included in our great all-inclusive price. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are served every day and scheduled around your Bootcamp activities.

Our tasty home-cooked main meals include protein-rich meats, fish and local vegetables for a nutritional and well-balanced diet. It’s all good, wholesome food that will provide the fuel for your body. So you can work out to your maximum potential.

At Le Manoir Bootcamp, we do not believe in starvation diets to achieve weight loss. They’re not sustainable or good for your health. We also request all clients complete a food allergy questionnaire before they arrive to cater for all dietary requirements. We cater for vegetarians, but it’s not always possible to cater for particularly fussy eaters. That’s because the menu has to be well-balanced to help you attain the best weight loss and fitness results.

The price of your all-inclusive boot camp stay includes tea, coffee, water and fruit juices. These are provided with meals and throughout the day. However, alcohol is not provided or allowed to be consumed during the duration of the boot camp.

Clubs, groups and corporate events

If a group of friends or a work’s team want to attend boot camp together we have separate gite accommodation available nearby. (Our gite can also be used by anyone that wants to come with you, but doesn’t want to take part in any of the bootcamp activities).

During the year we host various special events and welcome all enquires if you are planning a group, health club or corporate event. Please contact us for more information.

One day course – 50,00€ per day

Weekend Stay – 250,00€ (Friday evening to Sunday evening)

7 day bootcamp – 750,00€

14 day bootcamp – 1,500.00€

21 day bootcamp – 2,250.00€

Please note : The above prices are per person for clients staying at Le Manoir, our gites, or any other extra accommodation. The price is for a private room at Le Manoir – there are no dorms at this bootcamp! For group bookings, or bookings where one or more people do not want to part in any bootcamp activities please contact us to check pricing and availability.

Transport

If you are driving over in your own car, or hiring one for the duration of your stay then we have ample free parking available onsite. However, we can also provide transfers for Bootcamp guests in the following instances :

• Foot passengers arriving and departing from the ports of Caen and St Malo
• Guests flying into Paris can take a train to Vire and we can collect and drop-off at the train station
• If you are flying into Nantes or Rennes airports we can arrange transport to and from the airport.
