Forget about the military style bootcamp training. We won’t have you doing fifty press-ups outside in the pouring rain. At Le Manoir our training sessions will test you both mentally and physically – but in a good way – pushing you to your full potential. We want you to enjoy your training sessions with us, so you learn new exercises, stay motivated and hit your weight loss and fitness goals as quickly as possible.

Similar to other fitness classes that combine cardio and strength exercises in a full-body workout, our bootcamp training sessions are extremely versatile; some will be taught indoors in our well-equipped gym. Other classes will be outdoors, either in the garden, out hiking in the hillside or even on the beach.

Exercise in different surroundings

Instead of exercising in a gym, or at home, here at Le Manoir you can train in places that you might not have access to back at home. At our Normandy bootcamp most of the year it’s pleasant enough to exercise outdoors, whether it’s in the garden, on the beach, or in the open countryside. And just being out in the open, breathing in clean, fresh air has a massive impact on your mental wellbeing as well as physical. You are away from all the modern stresses of everyday life, and can disconnect from technology to reconnect with nature by being a part of it.

Our fitness experts

Because we tailor the classes around you, our personal trainers will keep a close eye on you to ensure you are working at the right pace depending on your goals. That’s why we don’t believe in large, over-crowded training sessions. You will receive personal attention, encouragement and motivation to keep you on track and offer advice. Whether it is nutrition or fitness advice, or wanting some of Paula’s easy-to-cook recipes! Take advantage of being onsite and pick our brains to get as much information and training tips from us as you can. We are here to help you achieve your goals!

We have a wide range of fitness classes (indoors and outdoors) every week, and hopefully it will give you a chance to try something new; and to build up your confidence and self-esteem at the same time.

100% support – even when you are back home

One of the reasons why bootcamp training sessions work so well is because everyone comes to Le Manoir for similar reasons. Being away from home and work allows you to reassess your lifestyle, be more active and focus on yourself for a change. Over the course of your bootcamp stay you will make new friends with like-minded people and get support from them, as well as from the Le Manoir team. Training sessions and meals are taken together; we also have BBQs and arrange other group activities. Lots of our clients book to come back again with friends they have made on bootcamp, which just goes to show how fantastic and supportive residential bootcamps can be.

Phill will keep in touch even after bootcamp. Offering support, advice and motivation (if needed) to help ensure you stay on target and meet your goals.

Not just training sessions

Our bootcamps are not just about exercising all day and every day. At the end of the day there is plenty of personal relaxation time too. So you can sunbathe in the garden, book a beauty treatment or massage, or even go out and explore the area*. If you need help deciding where to go you only have to ask. We are always happy to help!

Our bootcamps run throughout the year, and they do fill up quite quickly. If you would like to book then a 30% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. So what are you waiting for?
