The duration of Le Manoir Bootcamps vary from 1 day to 21 days. To decide which camp to go on depends on your goals, your needs and the results you want to see. Without a doubt, our 14 and 21 day bootcamps provide the best results for improved fitness, health and weight loss.

All our bootcamps are open to people of all ages, sizes, fitness and ability levels. But if you are wondering how a complete beginner can attend the same classes as a gym regular, it’s simple. We assess your ability at the very beginning and carefully monitor and manage each session. That way we can ensure everyone is working to their maximum potential and pushed to their limits in a safe manner.

14 DAY and 21 DAY BOOTCAMPS – from 1,500,00€ per person

For the best results we strongly recommend our 14 and 21 day bootcamps. These camps are designed to dramatically change your fitness, health and improve weight loss. The results will be mind blowing, leaving you feeling stronger, healthier, more confident, and with a great sense of achievement.

We have a huge variety of exercise and activity sessions included in the program. Le Manoir Bootcamp will support and encourage you throughout your journey in every single session. You work at your own pace and will never be forced or pushed beyond your capabilities. 

Whether you regularly run ten miles or have never run ten metres, our bootcamps will work for you. We are very aware that one size does not fit all, and no matter what your fitness levels, your bootcamp experience will be tailor made. Especially for you. At Le Manoir Bootcamp we have a friendly and open-minded attitude and welcome all ages and abilities. We can guarantee that no one will feel left behind or too far out in front. 

For 14 day bootcamp, prices per person are 1,500.00€ per person for a private room.

For 21 day bootcamp, prices per person are 2,250.00€ per person for a private room.

7 DAY BOOTCAMP – 750,00€ per person

No-one is too fit or unfit for our bootcamp. Whatever your ability, we are here to help and support you all the way. We will stretch and push you, but only within your physical limits. Every day will be different with a variety of activities to work you hard and keep you motivated. Depending on the weather we could have a circuit class on the beach, a hike through the waterfalls, or a session in the gym. Variety is the spice of life. And you will definitely find the day’s activities varied and challenging, but never repetitive.

Choose the 7 day bootcamp and you will get fantastic, fresh home-cooked food that will boost your energy levels and give you the ability to keep going. Then, after a hard but fun day exercising, it’s time to sleep in one of our comfortable double bedrooms with private ensuite bathroom. 

Prices per person are 750.00€ for your own private room.

WEEKEND BOOTCAMP (Friday evening to Sunday evening) – 250,00€ per person

Looking for a weekend of fitness and fun to get you motivated and back in the fitness and training zone? Then our weekend bootcamp is the perfect choice. We believe this camp will help kick-start your fitness and lifestyle changes in the quickest amount of time possible. With two full days of varied exercise sessions we will work you hard and you will leave here feeling re-energised and motivated.

Luxury accommodation, food, drinks and snacks are all provided. And once you arrive at Le Manoir, transport to and from class locations is also included. A typical day begins at 9.30am and will finish around 4pm. Classes may be indoors and outdoors (weather-permitting). Just bring your trainers and your enthusiasm!

1 DAY COURSE – 50,00€ per person

If you fancy trying something different and purely for yourself, then sign up for our one-day bootcamp. You will spend a full day burning calories, toning muscle and having fun. Finish the day feeling positive and exhilarated, fitter and healthier. You will work hard and be pushed to your limits within a safe environment. The whole day will be full of varied exercise sessions, with one-to-one coaching and motivational training. We promise every day will be different and challenging.

Our one day course program could include circuits, boxing, kettlebells, team adventure challenges, swimming, hiking and obstacle courses. And so much more. 

A typical day starts at 9.30am and finishes around 4pm. Lunch and snacks are included. Transport during the course of the day is also included. Classes may be indoors and outdoors (weather-permitting).

Please note: all of the above prices are for clients staying at Le Manoir, our gites or any other extra accommodation that may be required when we are fully booked.

If a group of friends or a work’s team want to attend boot camp together we have separate gite accommodation available nearby. Our gite can also be used by anyone that wants to come with you, but doesn’t want to take part in any of the bootcamp activities. In either of these circumstances, please get in touch for more details.

Bootcamp Course Dates

Our bootcamps run throughout the year, and they do fill up quite quickly. If you would like to book then a 30% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. So what are you waiting for? When you have found your ideal bootcamp dates contact us to make your booking.
