At Le Manoir Residential Bootcamp all your meals, snacks and drinks are included in the price of your stay. We use freshly prepared local produce whenever possible; eggs are from our free-range chickens, and our home-grown fruit and vegetables when they are in season. All our meals use good, tasty wholesome food, are cooked from scratch and you will never be served any processed food.
As well as meals we offer a wide selection of fruit and herbal teas. In fact, we provide everything you need to get your body feeling great and looking fantastic!
At Le Manoir Bootcamp it doesn’t take much to make us happy – wholesome food and good company are enough.
Good wholesome food
Our daily menus are designed to ensure that your blood sugar is kept stable with high protein meats, fish, good fats, and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables! Residential Bootcamp clients get three wholesome, nutritionally balanced meals every day. As well as a selection of healthy snacks and plenty of fluids.
Forget about starving yourself
At Le Manoir we don’t believe in starvation or deprivation diets. Because although you may see fast results for a few days, long term they can be bad for your health. When you are exercising your body needs a regular intake of all the right nutrients to keep it functioning well.
A nutrition questionnaire will be sent to you prior to the start of the course. So you can tell us if you have any special requirements. If you do then we can adapt our program for you, whilst keeping it healthy and nutritionally balanced. Make sure to tell us if you have any allergies, dislikes, or foods you cannot eat for religious reasons. We will tailor our program to satisfy your dietary requirements.
